I have packed coolers, reinforced cardboard boxes and waterproofed them with cling-wrap, made several trips to hardware stores and did preparatory work in the lab (instrument testing, pre-cleaning). I have also helped building a plywood box for the GC-FID, which I will also ship, the GC fitted snugly into the box. Thanks, Fred for all the help!<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nomad.priv.at\/researchblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/04\/alert_boxes-2-320.jpg\" alt=\"Alert Boxes\"\/>\n<\/div>\n<p>And &#8211; not to forget &#8211; the paperwork: Updating the planning document, maintaining equipment lists, labels for boxes, placking lists, &#8230; quite a bit, although the official bureaucracy is really minimal (and I mean it). <\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nomad.priv.at\/researchblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/05\/to401-320.jpg\" alt=\"Highway 401\"\/>\n<\/div>\n<p>It has been a major undertaking to get all the stuff together, but after putting in a few extra shifts, everything was ready to go to Toronto on Easter Monday (the delivery in Toronto scheduled for Tuesday afternoon &#8230; just in time) \ud83d\ude42 The trip was long (and boring), but all the freight arrived well.
